BB creme for face

What are BB, CC and DD creams? Last few years, makeup products are more about alphabets than about product descriptions. If you have been to Sephora, Ulta or any drugstore lately, you must have been bombarded by these creams which have joined the range of tinted moisturizers and foundations. Well, if you aren’t well aware of these alphabet formulations already, you are at the right place. What do they all do? What is the difference? And which one is the one for you?

We have got all the answers. From traditional moisturizers to DD creams, we have broken down all the options for you.

Tinted Moisturizer

Dior- Tinted Foundation

Before the BB creams, was the tinted moisturizer. The product gives you a bit of color (usually pretty sheer) and has a moisturizing effect. While they are still in the market, there hasn’t been many new launches in this segment recently. Tinted moisturizers give you a light coverage and are great for days when you do not want to wear something heavy on your face.
